Rebranding of a Pharma Company – XLM Continuous Validation

XLM is a life sciences innovator, leveraging technology to simplify the traditionally complex process of cloud application validation. Established in 2015, XLM anticipated the cloud’s growing role in pharmaceuticals and offers a managed service for automated, continuous validation. This ensures seamless operation of any cloud-based or on-premise application, empowering life sciences companies to focus on core competencies.

Challenge

To effectively communicate the transformative impact of solutions like XLM’s continuous cloud application validation tool. Highlighting the value proposition among the target audience as the preferred choice for reliable and efficient validation.

Objective

To rebrand XLM’s identity for market relevance, ensuring consistent communication and design across all marketing materials to drive website traffic and generate leads for their transformative validation solution.

To identify XLM’s impact, we conducted a deep dive into its core values, competitive landscape, and value proposition. Leveraging these insights, we crafted a compelling brand identity with a clear message that resonates with life science companies. This data-driven approach ensured a refreshed XLM brand identity that crafted consistent communication across all marketing channels. We cracked the concept of infinity and created a new brand identity for XLM.

Infinity for Continuous. The English word for infinity is taken from the Latin word ‘infinitas’ which means unboundedness, continuous, endless, eternity, unending, forever, eternal. The infinity symbol represents a sense of simplicity & balance. It reminds us to be conscious of where we are and the endless possibilities we have before us. Infinity symbol linked with the power of resurrection & regeneration, symbolising happiness and paradise regained.

The loop reflects endless possibilities for efficient validation, while its simplicity signifies streamlined processes. This powerful symbol embodies XLM’s commitment to stability and efficiency in cloud validation.

To ensure consistent brand identity, a flexible grid system was developed based on the proportions of the infinity symbol. 

By integrating the infinity symbol into the very foundation of the composition system, the XLM brand identity reinforces its commitment to continuous validation in a visually impactful way.

Brand Identity Across All Touchpoints

All merchandise, from visiting cards to notepads, envelopes, ID cards, pens, and diaries, has been redesigned to reflect the new XLM brand identity. Now, every touchpoint consistently reinforces the brand message.

Website Design

The entire XLM website underwent a complete makeover, encompassing concept, content, and design.  In collaboration with OneZeroEight, a user-friendly and modern site was built, reflecting XLM’s brand identity and aligning with industry standards and user expectations. Engaging content like videos and infographics showcases XLM’s solutions, while intuitive navigation ensures a seamless user experience.
