TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited (TASPL) hived off its Breakdown Assistance Business into a separate entity christened as TVS Auto Assist India Limited in the year 2015. TVS Auto Assist is one of the largest networks in India. They provide 24×7 Breakdown Assistance to customers, operating in Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) segments. They have three pillars to serve customers’ viz., 24×7 multilingual Call Centres, Own Patrol, and Authorized Service Providers.

To make the audience aware about the brand and its services by creating an engaging content in digital and print.

TVS Auto Assist as a brand showed solidarity during Kerala floods by arranging tolling truck services to rescue the damaged cars which are stuck in the flood and they also donated an amount to the Kerala Government for flood victims. On all the tolling trucks which were assigned for Kerala flood had a poster which says ‘We Stand with Kerala’ and on Social Media through various posts and creatives, emergency toll-free numbers were displayed and have also educated masses with the do’s and don’ts during flood situation. The result of this campaign was that TVS Auto Assist attended 2,634 cars in 21 days.

We have suggested TVS Auto Assist to launch women assist campaign during International Women’s Day to portray women as a Hero. This campaign was designed for the TVS Auto Assist women employees only. We have also created greeting cards for TVS Auto Assist women employees and to create the awareness and importance of this campaign we have created a slideshow for the employees. Through this campaign the women employee’s received a Women Assist voucher, the voucher was applicable for 1 year. With the help of this voucher, the women can avail assistance from TVS Auto Assist anytime (24*7) anywhere in India. They not only provide assistance to women at night between 8 pm to 5 am but they also made sure the regular updates about the women whom they are assisting to be received to women’s family member through their GPS/tracking devices.

We have suggested TVS Auto Assist to launch a campaign by being an official partner with IRSC (Indian Road Safety Campaign) in the 30th National Road Safety Week. The aim was to spread awareness amongst the youth about the importance of road safety. On Social Media, especially on twitter, we have created many posts and also held a contest, where we have asked the followers to share their experience & tips on road safety and they can stand a chance to win a gift hamper.

We have suggested TVS Auto Assist launch predict & win campaign during the ICC World Cricket Cup 2019. Through this campaign, TVS Auto Assist experienced the highest number of followers on their Facebook and Twitter channels. The duration of the campaign was for one month and in this duration whoever predicted the correct answer to all the questions won an Amazon Firestick by TVS Auto Assist. We have suggested TVS Auto Assist launch a campaign during Friendships Day. We wanted to give a different experience to the followers hence, we created this campaign where they can celebrate their emotional journey with friends. Through this campaign, we asked various questions to the users related to their friends such as ‘Tag a friend with whom you have shared laughter riots’, etc.

We have suggested TVS Auto Assist launch a campaign during Independence Day. This campaign revolved around the car and how the car is asking for freedom from an empty tank, breakdown, accident, etc. In this campaign, we asked the audience to share fun/emotional moments with their car and the best story received an exciting goodie. The best story was also featured on social media channels and on the YouTube channel in video format.

Outdoor Marketing

TVS Auto Assist also wanted to make the audience aware of the brand, its strengths, and differentiators through outdoor marketing. Hence, we have designed a stall for TVS Auto Assist in an auto expo, Chennai 2018 to launch a toll-free number to their one-stop solution for roadside assistance with marketing collateral to communicate brand’s roadside breakdown services. Have also developed collaterals for a white label partner of TVS Auto Assist.
