TVS Auto Assist as a brand showed solidarity during the Kerala floods by arranging tolling truck services to rescue the damaged cars which are stuck in the flood and they also donated an amount to the Kerala Government for flood victims. All the tolling trucks which were assigned for the Kerala flood had a poster that says ‘We Stand with Kerala’ and on Social Media through various posts and creatives, emergency toll-free numbers were displayed and also educated masses with the do’s and don’ts during a flood situation. The result of this campaign was that TVS Auto Assist attended 2,634 cars in 21 days.
We have suggested TVS Auto Assist to launch women assist campaign during International Women’s Day to portray women as Hero. This campaign was designed for the TVS Auto Assist women employees only. We have also created greeting cards for TVS Auto Assist women employees and to create the awareness and importance of this campaign we have created a slideshow for the employees. Through this campaign the women employee’s received a Women Assist voucher, the voucher was applicable for 1 year. With the help of this voucher, the women can avail of assistance from TVS Auto Assist anytime (24*7) anywhere in India. They not only provide assistance to women at night between 8 pm to 5 am but they also made sure the regular updates about the women whom they are assisting to be received by women’s family members through their GPS/tracking devices.
We have suggested that TVS Auto Assist should launch a campaign by being an official partner with IRSC (Indian Road Safety Campaign) during the 30th National Road Safety Week. The aim was to spread awareness amongst the youth about the importance of road safety. On Social Media, especially on Twitter, we have created many posts and also held a contest, where we have asked the followers to share their experiences & tips on road safety and they can stand a chance to win a gift hamper.
We have suggested TVS Auto Assist launch predict & win campaign during the ICC World Cricket Cup 2019. Through this campaign, TVS Auto Assist experienced the highest number of followers on its Facebook and Twitter channels. The duration of the campaign was for one month and during this duration whoever predicted the correct answer to all the questions won an Amazon Firestick by TVS Auto Assist. We have suggested that TVS Auto Assist launch a campaign during Friendships Day. We wanted to give a different experience to the followers hence, we created this campaign where they can celebrate their emotional journey with friends. Through this campaign, we asked various questions to the users related to their friends such as ‘Tag a friend with whom you have shared laughter riots’, etc.
We have suggested that TVS Auto Assist launch a campaign during Independence Day. This campaign revolved around the car and how the car is asking for freedom from an empty tank, breakdown, accident, etc. In this campaign, we asked the audience to share fun/emotional moments with their car and the best story received an exciting goodie. The best story was also featured on social media channels and on the YouTube channel in video format.
