Karandikar Life Spaces is the real estate arm of the Karandikar Group, which was started by Arch. Vilas Karandikar in 1984. In 15 years, Karandikar Lifespaces has been the proud developers of 5,00,000 sq. ft. or half a-million sq. ft. in real estate construction. With the motto of “Right product at the right price to the right customer at their preferred location”, Karandikar Life Spaces has successfully executed various residential and commercial projects throughout Pune. The stamp of their experience and expertise is visible to one and all.
A larger-than-life kind of housing project byKarandikar Life Spaces, it needed an equally grand representation. It was to be conveyed through the name, logo identity as well as overall brand communication.
Objective
We derived the name, logo identity, and complete brand communication for this housing project. It had to be classy, elegant, speaking of riches while being modern and chic in its nature.
Perceived as a sign of honour; a true, distinguishing mark, ‘Insignia’, was the name we finalized upon. The logo identity for Insignia is similar to an emblem which also happens to be the meaning of the word Insignia. Overall
The overall identity of Insignia was conceived to be designed in synchronization with its royal self. Colours such as Purple & Golden have long been associated with the touch of aristocracy. It was necessary that the logo design, the fonts used, and the colours selected spoke of authority, exclusivity & elegance; all at once.
