The Collinson Group is a global company that provides travel and medical assistance services, loyalty and benefits solutions, and insurance products.

Their services are designed to help individuals, businesses, and governments manage risks, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall travel and healthcare experience.

This perticular product is a microsite for Covid Test Voucher that can be used to pay for COVID-19 tests.

CHALLENGES

It can be challenging to present all necessary voucher details without overwhelming the user with too much information. We needed to find a balance between clear communication of voucher details and keeping the design simple and easy to navigate.

Integrating the voucher redemption process with external systems such as those of the testing centers or labs was quite a challenge for our tech team, such as data validation or integration issues. The team worked closely with these third-party providers to ensure seamless integration.

Ensuring consistency with the branding of the COVID test voucher provider was critical to the success of the microsite. This also involved closely collaborating with the client to understand their brand guidelines and to ensure that the microsite adheres to them.

The team maintained open communication with the client throughout the project, and worked closely with them to understand their needs and goals. The team also collaborated internally, sharing knowledge and expertise across different areas of the project.

The team prioritized the needs and preferences of users in all design decisions, taking into account different user groups and their specific requirements.
