TruckX is a US-based fleet management and ELD technology company that gives owner-operators and fleets of every size an affordable, easy-to-use way to stay compliant and connected. Its platform brings together ELD compliance, AI dashcams, asset tracking, and sensors in a single system, now trusted by over 100,000 drivers. OneZeroEight was brought in to build the brand behind the technology, a complete identity and communication system designed to make TruckX feel as capable, trustworthy, and approachable as the product itself.

TruckX needed an identity that felt tech-forward without being alienating, and trustworthy without being corporate. It had to earn the confidence of a solo owner-operator and scale credibly to a growing fleet, speaking to both without losing either. The real test was simple: a driver should feel sure enough to download the app on the strength of the brand alone.

02 - The Problem

The fleet technology market was crowded with ELD and telematics providers, yet they were almost impossible to tell apart. The category looked and sounded the same: similar blues, similar promises, similar dashboards. No brand had truly claimed the owner-operator, the solo driver who needed this technology most but trusted it least. That was the gap, and the opportunity.

03 - The Insight
03 - The Insight
Trucking is not just an industry it is infrastructure. Every driver is running a business on wheels. The brand needed to speak to the pride and precision
that comes with that life, while making complexity
feel simple. Technology is not the hero. The driver is.
