Vayana Network is one of India’s largest networks for trade financing that connects corporate and their supply chain to financial institutions for easy, quick, and low-cost access to Trade Financing of their Payable and Receivables. They are India’s largest 3rd party platform for Trade Finance.
Objective of the project was to create UI for Vayana’s e-invoicing platform that will not only serve the purpose of the target audience but will also impart an impeccable user experience leading to longer retention of the users on the platform, leading to a great value to the users’ business. Along with this, we were also tasked with the objective of creating a DSL for the platform that ensured future scalability of the platform.

The challenge was to create UI for Vayana’s e-invoicing product. We were bestowed upon with the task of not just creating a good UI but also segregating and concise larger chunks of information into the UI without losing the essence.

We worked closely with the stakeholders to developed an information architecture that organize the data in a logical and intuitive way.
After gathering all the information needed we started ideating on the wireframes . After few alterations in the UI by keeping the essence of the services provided, we finalized on the low fidelity for Vayana networks.
