Presenting all voucher details without overwhelming users was a challenge. We needed to balance clear communication with a simple, easy-to-navigate design.
Integrating voucher redemption with external systems (testing centers/labs) was technically complex, involving data validation and integration issues. The team collaborated closely with third-party providers to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintaining consistency with the COVID test voucher provider’s branding was critical. This required close collaboration with the client to understand and adhere to their brand guidelines.
