Launching a school with no alumni, no results, and no reputation in one of India's most competitive education markets isn't a visibility problem - it's a legitimacy problem. Pune parents don't wait for admission season; they've already decided before it opens. Our job wasn't to design a brand for Evolve High, it was to build a belief system convincing enough to make a parent choose a school that had never yet proven itself, and feel certain doing so.
