
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and oversee all search engine optimization and marketing activities. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various SEO tasks, including content strategy, On-Page optimization, link building, and keyword strategy, with the goal of increasing rankings on major search networks. Additionally, you will handle SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategy.
- Create a comprehensive business strategy and plan for SEO channels to maximize search engine visibility, website traffic, and conversions.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics to measure the success of SEO efforts.
- Perform keyword research and analysis for organic search, utilizing SEO tools to gain insights and leverage opportunities.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of keywords, on-page optimization, link building, SEO audits, search engine results, and new search engine behavior.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO best practices and techniques to ensure top website ranking, identifying new opportunities and challenges.
- Communicate with the team and management regarding project development, timelines, and results.
- Implement SEO strategies for clients and provide necessary support and guidance.
Requirements and Skills
- Prior experience in SEO, content marketing, and content growth.
- Proven SEM experience in managing paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, SemRush, Ahref, Keywordtool, and more.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
