Job Responsibilities
- Strategic SEO Leadership: Develop and execute an effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategy that aligns with our business goals. Craft a comprehensive plan to enhance our search engine visibility, increase website traffic, and boost conversions.
- Analytics Expertise: Monitor, report, and analyze website analytics to measure the effectiveness of our SEO efforts. Use insights to refine strategies and maximize results.
- Keyword Mastery: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize organic search. Utilize cutting-edge SEO tools to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in on-page optimization, link building, SEO audits, and search engine behavior. Keep abreast of search engine algorithm updates and implement best practices accordingly.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and techniques, ensuring our website maintains a top-ranking position. Identify new opportunities and address emerging challenges.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to provide regular project updates, timelines, and results. Maintain open channels of communication to drive project success.
- Client Support: Implement tailored SEO strategies for clients and offer guidance and support to ensure their objectives are met.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in SEO, content marketing, and content growth. Demonstrated success in managing paid SEM campaigns.
- Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Analytical Proficiency: In-depth experience with website analytics tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, SemRush, Ahref, Keywordtool, and more.
- Algorithm Expertise: Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Continuous Learning: Stay committed to continuous learning, about the latest trends and best SEO practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
