Job Description
As a Paid Ad Specialist at OneZeroEight Brandcomm, your role extends beyond managing online ads. You will be at the forefront of planning and executing result-driven paid media projects, contributing significantly to the company’s growth through innovative advertising strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Campaigns : Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Platform Expertise : Utilize advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and more, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Keyword Research : Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for targeting and bid optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-Driven: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Paid Media Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid media management.
- Certification: Meta/Blueprint certification is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative Writing: Strong creative writing skills to craft compelling ad copy.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
