Elina Living is a premium residential development designed to offer elevated urban living through thoughtfully planned spaces, lifestyle amenities, and contemporary architecture. The communication strategy focused on presenting the project as a modern lifestyle destination by creating visually compelling brand assets that highlight comfort, convenience, luxury, and everyday living experiences.

Communicating Scale

How do you convey a 6-acre township with 6 towers and a full commercial ecosystem without overwhelming the buyer?

Standing Out at NIBM

NIBM had multiple competing projects. Elina needed a distinct visual identity and tonality to command attention in a crowded micro-market.

Unified Brand Architecture

Multiple developers (Chaphalkar Brothers + Karandikar) co-owning a project the brand had to stand independently above both parent names.

The word "Landmark" became the strategic anchor:
