Dunzo is an Indian company that provides delivery services across many locations in India. It operates as Bike Taxi Service with its headquarters in Bengaluru. It was founded by Mr. Kabeer Biswas, along with co-founders Ankur Agarwal, Dalvir Suri and Mukund Jha in 2014. It became the first direct investment in India.

Dunzo was launched as a WhatsApp Service all over India. They created a WhatsApp group where people could order anything and the team could deliver it to their doorsteps. During the initial stages, the founder himself used to deliver it to the locations across Bengaluru. It gained momentum to deliver anything and everything from cow dung to breast milk.

Dunzo has its marketing game strong. It used a very profound strategy to become the first mover’s advantage in India. Notably, Dunzo has not made any investments on an influencer or celebrity endorsements.
