TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited (TASPL) hived off its Breakdown Assistance Business into a separate entity christened TVS Auto Assist India Limited in the year 2015. TVS Auto Assist is one of the largest networks in India. They provide 24×7 Breakdown Assistance to customers, operating in Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) segments. They have three pillars to serve customers’ viz., 24×7 multilingual Call Centres, Own Patrol, and Authorized Service Providers.

During the Kerala floods, TVS Auto Assist supported relief efforts by deploying towing trucks to rescue stranded vehicles and donating to the Kerala Government. Campaign posters and social media shared emergency numbers and safety tips. Within 21 days, the initiative helped assist 2,634 affected cars.

At the Auto Expo Chennai 2018, TVS Auto Assist promoted brand awareness through an outdoor stall and launched a toll-free roadside assistance number. Marketing collaterals showcased services, and additional materials were developed for a white-label partner to communicate key offerings.
