Splash is a global non-profit delivering clean water, sanitation, and hygiene infrastructure to schools and child-serving institutions across nine countries. With an existing logo and brand already in place, OneZeroEight was brought in to extend Splash's visual language into a consistent iconographic system and apply it across a printed diary - translating its mission into a tool its teams and partners use every day.
Splash had a strong identity but lacked a unified visual system. The challenge was to create reusable icons that connected program pillars and worked effectively across everyday materials.
A. Unite four program pillars into one cohesive icon family.
B. Create a simple system that non-designers can easily reuse.
C. Apply the system to a practical diary, not only presentations.

03 - VISUAL MOOD-BOARD

04 - The Concept
Four pillar categories, each built from 4 custom icons sharing stroke weight and grid logic:

05 - THE PATTERN & COLOUR
A 20-icon system spans seven program pillars, each carrying its own brand colour Splash blue, hygiene orange, sanitation yellow, water blue, menstrual health magenta, behaviour-change green building instant recognition across every touchpoint.

06 - Application - manual Design
This is where the second deliverable earns its own subsection. Pull from your Splash field manual / monitoring guide show how the icon language and brand blue carry into a printed, everyday object Splash teams actually use in the field daily planning, program tracking, habit reinforcement (hygiene clubs etc.).
