Soulify is an intelligent healthcare safety platform that helps pharmaceutical organisations make safer, more informed decisions through integrated technology and data. We were tasked with creating a brand identity that balanced clinical credibility with human empathy—earning trust across a global healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare brands default to the expected.

Healthcare safety brands often rely on clinical, technology-driven visual systems that leave little room for human connection. Soulify challenged us to create an identity that balanced the ideas of soul and wholeness with the credibility expected in a highly regulated healthcare sector.

The risk was a brand that was either too clinical to feel human, or too spiritual to feel serious.

We grounded the strategy in the meaning of the brand name itself. Inspired by the idea of the soul as the principle of wholeness, we developed the strategic platform: Living a Life of Wholeness — Inside and Out. For Soulify, this meant integrating data, care, and intelligence into a system that sees the whole person, not just the clinical outcome. The result is a brand that brings together clinical authority and human empathy through a single, cohesive identity.

Complexity handled so well, it reads as simplicity.

The more we looked at how ThinkSmart actually works, the more one truth emerged: this is a company that runs multiple threads simultaneously without ever losing grip. New builds, augmentation, legacy systems, three geographies, varying client scales — and a consistent record of delivery through all of it. That's not just operational competence. That's a specific kind of intelligence: the ability to move fast without cutting corners, and to hold complexity without showing strain. We needed a brand that expressed that nature — not with words, but with a symbol that embodied it at a glance.

The ThinkSmart identity system was designed to remain consistent across every brand touchpoint, ensuring a unified visual experience through its typography, colour palette, and graphic language. Clear usage guidelines and a custom icon system help maintain recognition, clarity, and consistency across both digital and print applications.

A cohesive presentation system was developed to extend the ThinkSmart identity into pitches, proposals, and corporate communications. Consistent layouts, typography, and brand elements ensure every presentation delivers information with clarity, professionalism, and a unified visual experience.
