SimpleSoft has spent three decades building trust with the world's largest network and telecom companies Cisco, Nokia, Siemens, NTT through its simulation and testing software. But its website hadn't kept pace with its product depth. We rebuilt the digital experience to match the company's engineering credibility: clear, fast, and built for the technical buyer.

SimpleSoft came to us with a deep, technical product catalog spanning six categories and dozens of tools but a website that buried that depth instead of guiding people through it. The brief was to design a site that lets a network engineer or IT decision-maker find the right tool fast, without diluting three decades of technical authority.

THE CHALLENGE
SimpleSoft's offering isn't one product, it's an ecosystem simulators, testers, proxies, and editors, each built for different protocols and use cases. The challenge was structuring this breadth without losing a single visitor along the way.

We rebuilt the information architecture around buyer intent rather than product hierarchy grouping tools by what a visitor is trying to do (simulate, test, manage, develop) instead of by internal product naming. A dedicated "Which Solution Works for Me" pathway was designed to shortcut the decision for new visitors, while trust markers client logos, testimonials, 30-year milestones were brought forward to reinforce credibility at every scroll.
