We reimagined Sakal Publications as a modern, user-centric platform while respecting its legacy. Our focus was to simplify navigation, structure diverse content, and enhance discoverability. We aimed to create a seamless browsing and buying experience across devices, ensuring readers can effortlessly explore books and engage with the brand’s rich knowledge ecosystem.
02 - THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to position Eteva as a trusted technology partner in Sakal Publications needed to modernize its digital presence while preserving its legacy. The existing experience lacked intuitive navigation, clear categorization, and seamless discovery, making it difficult for users to explore diverse book collections and engage efficiently across devices. The goal was to transform Sakal Publications into a modern, scalable digital platform. Focus areas included improving navigation, simplifying book discovery, enhancing user experience across devices, and creating a seamless connection between readers, authors, and a diverse catalog.

Typography at Sakal ensures clarity and credibility. We use Marathi and English fonts, including Noto Serif Devanagari for headlines, maintaining readability across platforms while reinforcing a consistent, trusted brand identity.
06 - Colour Palette
This palette blends strong primary colors with subtle accents to improve readability, guide attention, and create a consistent, engaging user experience across the website.
07 - END-TO-END DESIGN
We designed and executed the Sakal Publications website covering UX, UI, and content systems delivering seamless navigation, multilingual content, and an engaging, user-friendly experience.
