Kelkar Housing is a real estate developer known for thoughtfully designed, premium residential spaces. For the brand, we created a cohesive identity system and extended it across collaterals, site branding, and spatial touchpoints ensuring a consistent, experience-led presence across every interaction.

01 - THE BRIEF

A developer who

outbuilt their brand

Kelkar Housing had spent over a decade delivering quality homes in Pune’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Their projects sold consistently but despite the brand, not because of it. What seemed like a simple refresh brief revealed a deeper need for strategic repositioning.

The product was premium. The brand was invisible.

What we actually heard

"Our buyers trust us. But we can't seem to attract new buyers who don't already know us through word of mouth."

The underlying problem

Without a distinct identity or emotional positioning, Kelkar Housing was forced to compete on price a race they were already winning but didn't have to run.

Our diagnosis

This wasn't a design problem. It was a perception problem and it needed a strategic answer before a creative one.

In line with our conceptual framework on Kolam art, we have established several Kolam art elements to enhance the brand's visual language. These intricate Kolam patterns have been integrated into the design of Kelkar Housing's communication materials.
