Senior SEO Specialist - AI & Experience Optimisation (AIEO)
SEO is not dead. It's mutating. AI Overviews, LLM-cited content, zero-click searches — the game has fundamentally shifted. We need someone who isn't playing catch-up. We need someone who's been ahead of this curve for the last 18 months.

What you'll own
Full-spectrum SEO for 3–5 B2B and B2C client accounts — technical, on-page, off-page, and content strategy.
Lead OZE's internal AIEO practice: build frameworks for getting clients cited in AI Overviews and LLM outputs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude).
Conduct deep keyword research with AI-augmented tools and build topical authority maps for clients.
Work within Framer CMS environments — you should be comfortable enough to implement SEO changes directly or guide developers precisely.
Stay current on algorithm updates, test hypotheses, and write internal POV documents on what it means for our clients.
Collaborate with content team to ensure every piece of content has an SEO backbone and an AI-citation opportunity.
Monthly SEO reporting in Looker Studio with clear narrative — not just data.
