What you'll own

  • Lead strategic hiring focused on ownership, thinking ability, and cultural alignment

  • Partner closely with founders on critical and leadership hiring

  • Build and strengthen a transparent, accountable, and high-trust team culture

  • Conduct regular 1:1 conversations to understand team challenges and improve employee experience

  • Coach team leads on feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations

  • Create simple and effective performance management systems

  • Identify high-potential talent and support learning & development initiatives

  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and office administration

  • Simplify internal policies and processes without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
