What you'll own
Lead strategic hiring focused on ownership, thinking ability, and cultural alignment
Partner closely with founders on critical and leadership hiring
Build and strengthen a transparent, accountable, and high-trust team culture
Conduct regular 1:1 conversations to understand team challenges and improve employee experience
Coach team leads on feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
Create simple and effective performance management systems
Identify high-potential talent and support learning & development initiatives
Manage HR operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and office administration
Simplify internal policies and processes without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
