Growth Hacker - Performance & Paid Media
You're the person who looks at a campaign brief and immediately thinks: funnel, audience, creative hypothesis, CPA, and scale. Not in that order — simultaneously. You run campaigns for a living, and you're obsessed with the numbers behind every rupee spent.

What you'll own
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads for B2B and B2C clients.
Full-funnel thinking — awareness to conversion — with understanding of each stage's metrics and levers.
A/B testing creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages continuously. Not once. Continuously.
Develop lead generation strategies and funnels: landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, WhatsApp drips — whatever it takes.
Growth hacking experiments — organic + paid combos, referral loops, virality triggers, product-led growth concepts.
Bi-weekly performance reports with clear ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR breakdowns — and a recommended action for each metric.
Work with design and copy team to brief high-converting creatives with clear hypotheses.
