What you'll own
End-to-end digital strategy across 4–6 client accounts — from brief to execution to monthly reporting.
Client relationship management: weekly calls, strategy decks, QBRs, and holding the trust of the room.
Content strategy and editorial calendar across channels — working alongside copy, design, and SEO.
Manage and mentor a small team: Sr. SEO, SMM Executive, and a Growth Hacker.
Own OZE's own digital presence — website content strategy, LinkedIn brand building, lead gen ecosystem.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to accelerate ideation, research, and reporting — not as a crutch but as genuine leverage.
Monthly cross-team retrospectives — what worked, what didn't, what we're changing.
