Content Strategist & Copywriter
Words are thinking made visible. This role is for someone who understands that copy isn't decoration it's architecture. You'll write for brands, not for briefs. And you'll use AI as a thinking partner, not a ghostwriter.

What you'll own
Brand voice and messaging for OZE clients — from brand guidelines copy to website hero lines to LinkedIn carousels.
Long-form content: thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, and email sequences with real narrative.
Short-form copy: ads, social posts, CTAs, subject lines — the kind of copy that takes 2 minutes to read and 4 hours to perfect.
SEO-informed content briefs and articles — you understand keyword intent, not just keyword placement.
OZE's own content: agency blog, LinkedIn brand posts, capability decks, and pitch narratives.
Use AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) as a research and ideation partner — but your voice and judgment stay human.
Work closely with the SEO and design team to ensure every piece of content has structural and visual intent.
Green flags
Your portfolio has B2B copy that doesn't sound like B2B
You can write a hero headline AND a 1500-word article
You use AI to think faster, not to avoid thinking
You have a strong editorial POV — opinions, not just output
You can adapt tone for 3 different brand voices in one day
Red flags
Your writing sounds like everyone else's writing
You paste AI output and call it a draft
You don't read. Not books, not industry content, not ads.
You need 3 rounds of feedback to get to "decent"
Tools you should know
Claude / ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Notion, Google Docs, Hemingway / Grammarly, SEMrush (content brief), Surfer SEO, Canva (basic)
You are a fit if you think like this
Thinking writer
You believe the first draft is just finding out what you want to say
Brand-empathetic
You can inhabit a brand's voice like it's your own in 30 minutes flat
Curious reader
You read widely — ads, novels, newsletters, packaging, anything with words
Self-editor
You never submit a draft without reading it out loud first
